Meeting the standards of HTM 04-01 - Safe Water in Healthcare Premises is a requirement for regulated activities and registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
HTM 04-01 requires much higher standards of design and management of hot and cold-water systems than other types of sites, the Building Regulations or the Water Regulations. HTM 04-01 requires the use of specialist contractors to manage the risk from Legionella and WaterSafe registered plumbers to ensure public health.
Our service team are WaterSafe registered, members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering, Registered Plumbing Professionals and Approved Contractors under the Water Regulations.
