TMV Valve Inspection and Failsafe Checks
WaterSafe Registered Engineers Recognised as Approved Contractors under the Water Regulations.

To minimise the risk of scalding and Legionella bacteria TMV valves require regular inspection and failsafe checks.
To ensure that TMV valves remain in working order they require regular inspection and failsafe checks carried out by a competent person. HTM 04-01 requires that these checks are carried out by WaterSafe registered engineers.

Our Risk Assessments

Once the site visit is complete, a written risk assessment will be produced which will include an Action Point List and a site specific Control Scheme with our recommendations to minimise the risk of Legionella bacteria at the site.
